RESERVATION POLICY
Please note that the property offers transfer service from Samui Airport and Samui Ferry Pier to the villa. One time Transfer service and drop off service at airport/ ferry pier is provided for free. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance if they wish to make use of this service. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please inform Villa COCO Samui of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the contact form when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A deposit payment of 50% upon receipt of your reservation/ booking confirmation is required to keep the villa blocked for your intended stay. Remaining 50% balance payment 30 days before arrival by bank transfer or in Cash during check in is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide payment instructions.
Check-in flexible from 14:00 until 24.00 Check-out flexible from 01.00 until 11:00. Early checkin and late checkout subject to availability.
Children of all ages are allowed upon request. Any person 2 years old and over stays for full price
CANCELLATION POLICY
The booking deposit will be refunded, if the guest cancels or modifies his booking at least 90 days before arrival.
The booking deposit will be forfeited, if the guest cancels his booking within 90 days before to arrival.
REMINDER
The Villa is located in the Mountains, but just a 2,0km-3km ride from beautiful Chaweng Noi Beach, Restaurants and Shops. The concrete road is walkable but steep. We highly recommend 4 x 4 transportation during your stay. Beware Transportation will incur additional cost during your stay at this listing.
We offer private driver services. Charged by destination starting from 400-700THB per Car (SUV or Minivan). 4 SUV and 2 Minivan in 24/7 standby and available on 30 minutes notice. Full-time Driver including a car can be booked at much lower prices. We do not recommend motorbikes. Motorbikes for experienced Drivers only and an underestimated risk. Grab and Navigo recommended alternatives.
HOUSE RULES
Early checkin and late checkout is available subject to availability.
Barbecue (open fire) is not allowed in any of our villas. Unpredictable risks, dirt, smell and danger for Guests and the Villa. Guests can warm up food with a microwave, induction stove, Coffee maker and a hot water kettle in the kitchen. No self cooking.
Daily fresh continental breakfast is served between 8.00am-11.00am and included in the booking price.
Oneway airport transfer ( airport to villa ) is included in the booking price.
"Hangover Samui" and Grab provide fresh food delivery service across the island round the clock. (a good choice from variety of good restaurants ) Beware deliveries could be cancelled depending on weather conditions including rains and storms.
The Onside staff ( maids not butlers are available from 08.00am - 08.00pm ) and a dedicated guest relationship manger is at your disposal 24/7 looking forward to welcome and to assist you during your stay.
Please remember that the villa is not a hotel, but a self catering and self serviced villa in an exquisite relaxed atmosphere in a private environment.
The onside team at Villa COCO Samui will welcome you and is available for you from 8.00am - 8.00pm. Responsibilities of the onside staff is the house keeping, repairs, pool maintenance, maintenance of surroundings including gardens and the preparation of the fresh breakfast.
Your guest relation manager is available for you 24/7 during your stay at one of our listings. We are here to help.
Housekeeping daily, change of linen and towels every 3 days free of charge. Additional requested cleaning, change of towels or linen will be charged.
Laundry service is available upon request for 60-120THB/ kg including iron. Please drop your laundry in a plastic bag and inform staff.
Please respect our neighbours and avoid any noise between 10.00 pm and 8.00 am.
Always respect the property and treat the content and the room with care.
Use the villa only at the booked amount of guests. The reception as well as the treat of additional guests during daytime is allowed. Max occupancy is 6 guests at anytime.
Additional fees for an overnight stay of additional guests not included in initial booking apply.
Celebrations can take place on request with the managers approval in an appropriate volume. Max occupancy is 6 guests at anytime.
Pets can be allowed on request with a confirmed agreement. Under no circumstances pets can use the pool.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Please use the designated areas on the terrace and balconies.
Consumption water ( consumption water in Asia not drinkable ) and fibre optic internet is free and included in your booking price.
Use the air-conditioners and electricity with care. 100KWH daily electric consumption daily is free of charge and included in your booking price. Additional Electricity consumption will be visible in daily electricity meter readings and is charged at reasonable 8THB/ kWh.
Climbing on the outdoor building is forbidden. Guest are using the common or private pool at their own risk.
Parents supervise children's throughout the property and at the pool at all times. Parents are always responsible for children's.
Manager reserves right to deny use of the swimming pool and to remove guests from property repeatedly not abiding to this house rules.
Different policies, charges and rules apply for stays of 28 nights or more ( exclusion free electric allowance 100KWH, different cleaning schedules and exclusion free breakfast ) . Please enquire.
DISCLAIMER
Please Note Koh Samui is located in a tropical climate zone nestled within incredible natural surroundings. Always keep in mind Koh Samui is a developing and unregulated island with imperfect Infrastructure. Power outages and internet issues during your stay are common and unpredictable. We are her to help but can not be held responsible for third party problems or public areas ( disconnected internet, power outages, public waste and waste water management, public electric authority infrastructures, stray dogs, snakes, insects, bats, jellyfish or geckos in natural surroundings and outdoor areas, dirty beaches, polluted sea, severe weather conditions depending on Seasons, conditions of public roads, the lack of roads and steep or dangerous access roads, road accidents, overpriced Taxi and transportation services and in some circumstances death) are out of our management and control.
Rotten, restricted and abandoned 3rd party buildings and structures you might experience across the island during your stay in Samui are out of our management and control. We can not be held responsible for the conditions of third party properties not related to our listings. We are here to help and to assist you during your stay in Samui but can not be held responsible for unpredictable constructions, construction works, construction noise, non acceptable infrastructure and road conditions are out of our control and not related to our properties or management.
Motorbikes are not recommended. Motorbikes are an underestimated risk including experienced drivers. Our reliable driver services, Grab and Navigo recommended alternatives. Always reconfirm price before entering any vehicle. We can not be held responsible for overpriced transportation fees experienced during your stay in Samui but here to help and to mediate and able to offer fair and reliable driver services during your stay at one of our listings.
The Address system in Samui is in most areas of the island non functional. We recommend to use location pins. Applies to Taxi and delivery services.
